Question: How do I Syncronize my iTrees or iNTELICOREs together?

Synchronization is done by upgrading to the iNTELICORE PRO. This upgrade can be purchased by calling our customer service line and purchasing the synchronization package

Question: Can I Plug in any lights into the indoor iTREE?

Do not plug in anything into your iTREE other than the lights on the iTREE.  Plug 10 is for any tree topper of your choice as long as it is within the power limitations specified in the warranty.  1AMP or 120 Watts. If you are unsure as to if it is safe to plug in your tree topper, please call us first so we can help.

Question: How many lights can I plug into the iNTELICORE V2.1?

Each plug can hold up to either 3 sets of 100 bulb incandescent lights or 10 sets of 100 bulb LED lights. Technical specifications are as follows: 1 amp or 120 watts per channel (plug) Do not exceed this limit or you will void your warranty!

Question: What is the iNTELICORE PRO?

The iNTELICORE PRO allows you to synchronize infinite amount of units (the more units you use the remote response may vary). The PRO uses designated SD cards for use with your iNTELICORE's. One Master card will be given and two slave cards. Additional slave cards are available for purchase. To sync your iNTELICORE units, simply insert the corresponding master and slave cards and use one Master remote to control them all!
Each slave unit can be no more than 50 feet away from the Master unit.

Question: What do I do if I can’t get my iTREE to turn on?

 Make sure the iTREE unit is plugged in to a secure outlet, and that the power button on the back side of the unit is turned on. If the unit is plugged in properly and the switch is on, the light will illuminate.


Question: How do I download more music?

Simply log on to the music library choose the version of your device. Preview our tracks, select and purchase your songs. Download the zip file accompanied by your purchase (you only have 24 hours before your download expires). Insert your SD card into an SD card reader (see how do I transfer purchased music for more info) and paste your 5 downloaded tracks onto your SD card. Insert your SD card back into your unit and enjoy your new songs and lights! *Customer service is always available to help*

Question: How do I transfer my purchased songs to my SD card?

The only way to transfer your downloaded files onto your SD card is via an SD card reader. Most new laptops and desktops come with an SD card reader. We recommend checking newegg.com for low prices. *You still have the option to have an SD card shipped to you with your purchased music*

Question: What are some decent, affordable external speakers to use with my iNTELICORE/iTREE?

Any old sound system will do. As long as you have a reachable length of cord from your unit's 1/8" jack to your speakers/sound system. We recommend something similar to the Eagle ET-AR302-BK.

Question: How do I connect my current sound system to my iNTELICORE/iTREE?

Simply connect your 1/8" audio connector to your unit, and connect the other end into your stereo/sound system. You can use the headphone jack via an aux cable, or you can connect your stereo's speakers to the unit if applicable. *Different stereo/sound system results may vary* Griffin Technology: Multi purpose auxilary cable

 

Question:  What do I do if my iTREE has power running to it but nothing happens when it’s turned on?

This is usually the SD card. Turn the unit off, remove the SD card, and insert it into your computer via an SD card reader. Check to make sure the file structure is correct or that they’re files on it. Your SD card should look similar to the image below

Question: What do I do if the lights on my tree are constantly flickering?

 Check that all the lights are properly plugged in to the extensions (see image below), and the extensions are securely plugged in to the back of the unit. If the problem still persists, reduce the amount of lights you are using per channel. If you are adding to your display, do not exceed 10,000 LED’s per channel. Each channel can only handle up to 8 AMP’s.
