Music N' Motion, Inc. warrants that products distributed by them
that fail to function properly under normal use due to a manufacturing defect
when operated properly according to the enclosed instruction guide will be
repaired or replaced with a unit of comparable value, at the option of Music N'
Motion, without charge to you for parts or actual repair work for a period
of 30 days from the date of purchase.Please fill out and return the included Warranty card to extend your
warranty to 120 days. Parts supplied under this warranty may be new or
rebuilt at the discretion of Music N' Motion, Inc.
You
will be required to provide a sales receipt or other valid proof of the
purchase origin and date. Transport of the product must be pre-paid by the customer.
Music N' Motion, Inc. will pay to return the repaired or replaced product to
you within the country of origin.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
If this product was purchased from an
unauthorized dealer or representative there are no warranties and the
product is sold "as is".
Music N' Motion, Inc. will not be
responsible for any consequential, accidental and/or incidental damages.
This warranty does not apply if the
unit was subject to power in excess of 1 amp or 120 watts per Channel.
This warranty does not cover Music
N’ Motion Incandescent and LED lights.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES:
No warranties will shall apply after the warranty period. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some states do not allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damage so the above limitations may not apply to you.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
-without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
-within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed but our warranty policy is in effect)
-must not be a special order or a custom order
-unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 5% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
